Visiting Service and Companion Walking Service
Would you, or someone you know, like a Visitor come to your own home for one hour a week?
We can find a Volunteer Visitor for you. All our volunteers are screened and trained. Our coordinator will aim to match you with a Visitor who has similar interests to you and lives close to you.
We provide ongoing support to you to ensure that you have the right Visitor whose company you will enjoy.
Do you, or someone you know, like going for short walks but don’t want to walk alone and would like someone to walk with you? We have a Companion Walking Service, where a Companion Walking volunteer would meet you at your home to go for a short walk with you for up to an hour. This can be around your neighbourhood or somewhere else dependent on what you and the volunteer decide.
