Health Promotion Programmes
We run exercise programmes and education workshops. With weekly exercise classes and covering your driving confidence or how to get around when you no longer drive.

Community Support Service
We can advocate and provide support and assistance.

Are you concerned about your safety or that of someone you know? Phone us in confidence.

Total Mobility Scheme
We support people to apply for the TMS card that gives a 75% discount off the cost of taxi fares.
