Total Mobility Scheme (TMS)
The Total Mobility Scheme (TMS) provides people who have a disability or mobility issue with subsidised taxi travel. A TMS card provides subsidised taxi travel of 50% discount up to a specific amount varying across the region.

Age Concern Palmerston North and Districts charges a one-off fee of $20, for which you will receive a year’s free membership of Age Concern Palmerston North and Districts.
